I read and saw that aero was important given that air resistance was the main force to overcome. I suspect most of this is because of how much lower the handlebars are. The Cube is an aero bike and it is noticeably faster on the flats and descents than my Triban. My previous bike was the ‘Road Bike Triban RC 520 Disc Brake (S, 2019)’, which I still own that handles so much better, though not as stiff nor as light-weight. Unfortunately, I am overall disappointed with the Cube and would not recommend buying one, and would go as far as not recommending any Cube bike because of quality control, bike handling, engineering and manufacturing issues. This is a review of my ‘Cube Litening C:68X Pro Road Bike (52cm, 2021)’ that I have owned from new since April 2021. Make this subreddit a better place by voting and participating in the new section.
